During the Blooming Class

In this bloom class, we offer ideas and exercises on how to handle conflict well. We often disagree. It’s inevitable with different people. We disagree with our partner. With our boss. With someone’s political views. How can we deal with that in a healthy way?

What are we looking for?

In a disagreement, we don’t look for who is right, but for what helps us move forward. Understanding is more important than winning.

Icon - Met theorieën

With theories

Using insights from philosopher and psychoanalyst Peter Rollins, we examine our usual reactions and discover surprising alternatives. And we keep it practical. With Kim Scott’s ideas from the workplace, we provide tools to respond in a way that is both connecting and candid.

Engaging in conversation

Because did your reaction really help you move forward? We play with perspectives, challenge our own viewpoints, and learn to set our boundaries better. So that next time, conflict can help you move forward.

What do you take with you?

Free, fun exercises, drinks afterwards, sharing experiences, and recognizing yourself in what others say. A space where you can share stories without judgment and discover more about yourself.

Our methods

In the blooming class, we work with a mix of personal stories, scientific theory, creative assignments, movement, and reflection. These methods invite openness, vulnerability, and playfulness, so you can grow at your own pace. What starts out as exciting for many participants soon feels valuable and connecting.
