What you’ll be doing
Do you want to dedicate yourself to helping people flourish? As a city coordinator, you ensure that our monthly flourishing class runs smoothly. You maintain warm contact with our trainers and serve as the point of contact for participants and volunteers. You contribute to meaningful encounters in the city and build a local network of people who support our mission.
In short:
1. Planning & organization
– A flourishing class takes place every month
2. Quality assurance
– Take care of the script, materials, and processing feedback
3. Communication
– Checking in with trainers, guiding volunteers
Time commitment: 8-10 hours per week

You get access to all our programs and the ‘train the trainer’ program. You are allowed to make mistakes and have the freedom to come up with ideas and put them into practice. You receive support from the national team with a weekly joint check-in. Additionally, you will get in touch with a network of other coordinators and volunteers to brainstorm and grow together.
